A small winery has been developed in the basement to process the estate grapes. The wines have produced many awards and accolades over the years.

The Estate buildings were once a health care facility in WW1 with some of these buildings remaining. The floor area of the main buildings is about 7,000 m2 (75,000 Sq Feet). The main venue includes 56 bedrooms sleeping 116 people in twin/double rooms. There are various larger rooms including an auditorium with parquet floor and stage including an 11m by 8m indoor pool.
